Character: Chronomancer from Guild wars 2

The chest plate is made of EVA foam, hot glue, fabric and velcro. The vest is made with vinyl and a coated woven fabric. The shirt has an adjustable corset back and structured bodice. The wings are made of EVA foam with acetate pieces that shine when the LED lights in the wings are turned on!
